More companies setting up business in Kaltenkirchen
NORDGATE and the town of Kaltenkirchen are thrilled about the new businesses settling down. In the small business region "West of Grashofstraße" (development plan 80), real estate has already been sold to 20 companies.
Around 9,300 square metres are already reserved for five additional companies. "With the settlement of companies from a wide range of sectors, our city has again managed to bring together a colourful mix of industries," says Mayor Hanno Krause. This strategy proved successful particularly in the difficult pandemic times, as it creates stables structures from a holistic perspective."
Thanks to the NORDGATE alliance, Kaltenkirchen was able to offer real estate premises to multiple companies that were not available in partner municipalities at the time.
Among others, the following companies have acquired new real estate in the commercial area:
Hubert Hampe GmbH
For more than 25 years, Hubert Hampe GmbH has operated as a specialist for loading technology in Hamburg under the direction of Philipp Hampe. Hubert Hampe specialises in electric and electronic systems as well as hydraulics.
The company Zenk Systempartner is relocating from Henstedt-Ulzburg to Kaltenkirchen. The company provides advice, planning, installation and assistance with telecommunications and IT solutions for customers across all sectors.
